This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the TeXBloX application (“App”).

By installing or using TeXBloX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

TeXBloX is provided free of charge under the Apache 2.0 open-source license. You may install and use the App within your Atlassian Confluence environment in accordance with that license.

2. Ownership

TeXBloX remains the intellectual property of its author. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the App or its source code.

3. Data and Privacy

TeXBloX does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
All formulas and content entered through the App remain within your Atlassian environment and are governed by Atlassian’s own data policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the author disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the author be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The author’s total cumulative liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, for the App (which is provided free of charge).

6. Support

TeXBloX is provided as a community-supported, open-source project. Issues and feature requests may be submitted through the project’s GitHub repository.

7. Termination

You may discontinue use of the App at any time. The author may modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
